The ECO Cultural Institute, with the aim of promoting closer collaboration between artists and member countries, is pleased to announce the institute's first playwriting competition.
Thematic priorities include traditions and customs of indigenous peoples; cultural, linguistic and historical ties; and peace and friendship between cultures.
Conditions: Entries in Persian, Russian, Urdu, Turkish and English are welcomed. The Secretariat will only accept completed plays. Application form should be accomplished in English and plays should be uploaded in PDF or WORD format only. Entries will be accepted until until 30 December.
Awards:
- First Place: Trophy and cash award of $ 3,500
- Second place: Certificate and cash award of $ 2,500
- Third place: Certificate and cash award of $ 2,000
